Concept

@ A new and innovative technology involving Low Temperature Thermal Heat Process based on the basic thermodynamic concepts.
@ Non-Combustion type which uses the Thermal Heat to De-compose any Organic, Municipal solid wastes, Medical Solid Waste including Covid 19 waste without using any Electricity or fuel at low temperature around 200 to 600 Deg ‘C.
@ Solid waste are disposed scientifically by the method of thermal chain reaction in presence of controlled oxygen by in-taking a little atmospheric air.
@ Low Temperature in specifically designed chamber starts and creates chain reaction of decomposition of solid waste.

Science of Decomposition

@ When a small amount of atmospheric air is absorbed into the specially designed chamber at low temperature 200 to 600 ‘C, oxygen ions are reacting with carbon present in MSW and generates thermal chain reaction.
@ Chain reaction generates temperature and concentrated heat in chamber which helps in continuous decomposition process of MSW.
@ Air oxygen is highly oxidative which helps in decomposing dioxins & furans & other toxic emissions of MSW.
